I was thinking of putting up a website with an IRC chat in it such as PJIRC- http://www.pjirc.com and i need a place to host it.
The hosting provider must provide these in the free hosting
Ability to run CGI scripts using Perl 5.004 or greater
UNIX based system
Acceptable use policy allows access to IRC
I dont care how much space they give as long as it a min of 2mb
the bandwith I want can be any amount greater than 50mb.
