I have Dreamhost now. They are pretty good, but I was wondering if there was anything better. Feel free to link to sites that review web hosters also.





*It needs to be around 20 dollars a month (I pay 7 bucks a month for Dreamhost).





*PHP, MySQL, etc the whole gamut I need.





*It need to have a good way to upgrade. Meaning it can start off slow, but if I pick up more traffic, I can pay more to easily upgrade my bandwidth, etc.

I read good things about https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/ it is pay as you go with lots of bells and whistles. And no I don't work there.
