I'm an expert with publisher but i know absolutely NOTHING about html coding. I thought it would be simple to upload my site. I can see my homepage but can't click on any links i created in it. Do you have access to your FTP directory? If so, then you can easily transfer the contents of a folder by entering the FTP address and dragging the folder onto your desktop.
Otherwise, I'm not sure what cPanel 11 is like (I'm using Pro 1.0 (RC1)), but in mine, you can use the backup wizard to create a full backup. If the website you are moving to has cPanel, you should be able to restore the backup.
